The Choir
Our Church Choir
consists of about 20 members, and we are fortunate enough to have voices in all
sections. On Sunday mornings the Choir open the
worship with an introit, usually a couple of verses from a well known hymn, and
lead the congregation in the singing of the hymns chosen by the Minister.
We meet each Thursday to rehearse and have fun, fellowship and friendship, as
well as sharing in a love of music. Julie

When I
survey the wondrous cross,
On which the Prince of Glory died,
My richest gain I count but loss,
And pour contempt on all my pride.
See from His
head,
His hands, His feet,
Sorrow and love flow mingled down;
Did e'er such love and sorrow meet,
Or thorns compose so rich a crown. |
